Photos by Scott Wilson Courtland, Ont. – For most folks, when it comes to planning a new family activity, the typical strategy seems to be taking up something like skating, riding around on bicycles together, or (shudder) golf. Good, wholesome activities, to be sure. Not so for my family, who instead prefers two wheels of the motorized sort. My brother, Scott, and I have been riding regularly…

There's a good explanation, honest.

Going back through the archives for Flashback Friday, I came across this unique feature from 2015 where the late Editor ‘Arris explains how he not only contributed to a competing publication, but ended up on the cover no less! We sure miss him and his off-the-wall sense of humour. We also miss travelling to warm, exotic locales for media launch events where we get to test brand new…

Much has been written about our late fearless leader, Rob Harris (aka Editor ‘Arris). Mark painfully reflected on the events of that fateful day and its aftermath on the first anniversary of his passing. He’ll once again be returning to the scene of the collision this Saturday May 9th. Every year in May on the Saturday prior (Rob was killed on Friday the 14th), Mark visits the site.

We love adventure riding at CMG. We’re not very good at it [speak for yourself – Copy Ed.], but we love it all the same. It’s just so adventurous: swing a leg over a tall saddle and set off for Africa and Mongolia, even if you don’t make it much past Tim Hortons. We love when people call out to us at the traffic lights: “Hey! Are you – oh…” There’s only room for one Ewan McGregor in this world…

ADVERTISEMENT If you’ve ridden motorcycles for any amount of time then you’re likely familiar with the crash experience. Be it a relatively common simple low speed spill on a patch of gravel or a high-speed, motorcycle-destroying, spectacular, the crash is part of the motorcycle experience for most of us (though hopefully a rare one). From my experience, crashes occur due to the…
