It was not hard to use and took no getting used to. It worked just like a rear view mirror. No excuses, the Vette driver didn’t check his mirrors. The bikers should have been flashing him. Everybody was driving too fast and are lucky to be able to tell the story. Dumb asses all around.

As a vette owner and a motorcyclist both groups get enough grief, though both do have their share of douchebags. Otherwise there’s no excuse, the test driver was the one in the wrong.

Lol, you are incorrect. Dumb cager move, forsure. Still, bike is responsible for the road ahead. Keep your distance!

He made a dumb move by driving such a stupid vehicle. Give it a break little boys – it’s 2020, there’s a climate emergency, this old tech and you are just proving to the world that you are immature fools with nothing to offer society.

Really? I think brake lights signal braking.

If all motorcyclists drove with an expectation that cagers don’t do sudden and seemingly irrational things there’d be a lot more motorcyclists injured or killed.

Rule #1. Drive like others don’t see you.
Rule #2 Others don’t see you.

If you’re the kind of rider that thinks everyone is doing you wrong, maybe you should take a hard look in the mirror on how you ride. It was a perfect storm, the riders curious to get a good look at the Vette closed in to have a looksee right at the moment the Vette Test Driver had a brain fart and assumed he was on a semi-closed course and started his U-turn. Everyone is kind of to blame, but I’d say the riders should’ve been more perceptive of the risks in crowding the Vette at speed.
